General & Therapeutic yoga classes are available at the Panchakarma Center.

The practice of Yoga builds up resistance & helps to keep your body healthy & trim as well as improves concentration & memory power. Our Yoga program includes many built in features like:

• Various Stress release techniques
The Panchakarma Center holds different Yoga sessions like:
Children's Yoga

• Weight watcher’s Yoga
• Stress management
• Therapeutic yoga sessions for Hypertension, Diabetes, Arthritis, Asthma & Back pain.

We also offer Diet consultation, Fitness assessment & Supportive treatments on necessary conditions. Qualified lady instructor will be there to assist you in every step.
Yoga sessions can be availed at flexible timings from Saturday to Friday.

Types of yoga sessions

General Yoga for 4 weeks- Introduction to yoga, Pranayama, Loosening exercise. Asanas, Relaxation. Therapeutic Yoga for 4 weeks - Selected Yogasanas, Pranayama, counseling, life style modification. Weight watchers Yoga for 4 weeks - Fitness Assessment, Dynamic yoga, Diet Plan, Healthy eating Tips, follow-up program. Kid’s yoga- for 4 weeks - Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Relaxation. Meditation- per session. Trial session- Per session. Pre-natal yoga- Valid for 6 months. After 11 weeks, Pranayama, Asana & Relaxation
Duration - 1 hr / depends up on the condition of the patient.

Timings -Saturday to Friday flexible timing from 9am-lpm & 5pm -9pm.
